Context
Our Killarney Brewing & Distilling Company partnership began with the need to create a purposeful brand with a clear strategy to grow the brand sustainably over time.
From there, we grew a partnership working across all aspects of brand development, brand planning and innovation. Along with the creation of purpose and strategy we identified physical availability, route to market and E-commerce solutions for USA.
What We Did
We defined the brand purpose, name and strategy Killarney Brewing & Distilling Company. Framing the brand architecture across multiple categories (whiskey, gin and beer) we identified the target consumer and occasion which set them on a path for growth in Ireland and Internationally.
From strategy, we designed and worked on the delivery of both the mental and physical availability growth drivers which also included innovation.
Central to this was brand communications and advertising framing of a tone of voice and communication strategy and through rigorous planning, design and execution of social media, their reach and engagement delivered leading industry levels.
In addition to the work we delivered on mental availability, we also worked hand in glove with partner agencies, briefing and managing the delivery of drivers like pack design and point of sale.

We delivered a detailed brand plan and developed a sustainable template for the future. Activities are driving salience with distributors, the trade and engagement with consumers.
Social Media campaigns were planned and executed that reached millions and attained best in class engagement within our target audience.
We further supported the opening up of new markets and set their new whiskey on a path for growth in the USA.
